Gnomeo !!!

Today, lucky Mrs Smaill was choosen to have our special
Sunnyhills Shine Gnomeo - all day!All the staff get to look after Gnomeo and fill out the booklet
sharing information about themselves.
We took a class photo with him.
He learnt some Mandarin and some string games.
Then we tried to sketch Gnomeo, like the big Year 6 students.

Reciprocal Reading

We are learning to improve our comprehension 
and inference in Reading. To help us, we
are looking more deeply at the text and illustrations.
This means slowing down the reading process and
using the different jobs on the cards to assist us.
If your child, is in the Sharks or Seals Reading group ask them about Reciprocal Reading.
